The Research Institute for Technological Evolution (RITE) is a non-profit Research and Development organization based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Founded by a group of distinguished scientists, academics, innovators, and social entrepreneurs with extensive experience in top-tier universities and research institutions globally and locally, RITE is dedicated to advancing scientific and applied research. RITE aims to create social value by driving innovation, technology transfer, knowledge consolidation, and policy reform. Our six units provide comprehensive solutions that leverage cutting-edge technological innovations. These units serve educators, innovators, researchers, policymakers, civic organizations, and start-ups, fostering the exchange of knowledge, scientific perspectives, and pioneering ideas through interdisciplinary approaches. RITE has established a co-working space and a Business Incubator, supported by accelerator programs, living labs, and forums to further this mission. This initiative aims to nurture a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem on the island, empowering a new generation of social entrepreneurs and ensuring inclusivity for all.
Latsia Gymnasium was founded in 1991. During the 1991-1992 school year, it operated with only two classes, A and B. It had eight classrooms and an art room, which was also used as a practical skills room. There were 229 students enrolled in the school. They were divided into eight classes, five in Grade A and three in Grade B. Twenty-one teachers taught at the school. The official opening of the first phase took place on January 21, 1993, by the then Minister of Education, Mr. Christoforos Christofides. The second phase of the Gymnasium was completed in September 1993 and the third phase in September 1994 with the construction of the Multipurpose Hall, the renovation of the school entrance, and the construction of parking spaces for cars and bicycles. During the 2001-2002 school year, the athletic track was completed and put into operation. Every year, approximately 450 students attend our school, mainly from the elementary schools of the Municipality of Latsia. The school has a lift for students with mobility problems and an alarm system. Our school premises also house the State Institutes of Further Education (KIE) of Latsia.


Anthropolis is a public benefit non-profit association, founded in 2002, Budapest, Hungary. The association is mainly focusing on the issues about the global education (developing and distributing educational materials, organising workshops and courses for students, teachers and adults) and digital storytelling (personal related digital narrative workshops for different target groups. Anthropolis is one of the leader promoting organisations in Hungary about the global learning and also first actor in the digital storytelling field in the country. As an active NGO has a wide range of partnership in the country with other NGOs, public sector, education sector and also experienced in European level as well. The key persons are well prepared trainers for the digital storytelling workshops and adaptation for different target groups.
The InSPIRE centre was developed with the mission to support the advancement and development of scientific research by establishing a culture of innovative partnerships within different science disciplines (e.g. computing, engineering, mathematics, psychology and sports and exercise science) for the utilization of state-of-the-art practices and the realization of cutting-edge research and innovative programmes and activities. To achieve the centre’s vision, its resident members work closely with internationally respected and distinguished researchers, academics, industry professionals and policy makers to develop in three main areas: research and knowledge transfer, service/outreach to the community and education.
