Welcome to ClassPro: Our Mission and the People Behind It

Teachers across Europe are facing increasingly complex realities in their classrooms. Whether it’s managing diverse classrooms, incorporating digital tools, or adapting to shifting educational expectations, the pressure on educators is increasing (Gilmour et al., 2022; Saleem & Muhammad, 2020; Saleem et al., 2020).

Why ClassPro, and Why Now?

The gap between what’s needed and what’s available is growing!

This recognition is what led to the creation of the ClassPro Project. Our aim is to offer meaningful professional development opportunities that are practical, inclusive, and designed with the realities of teaching in mind. We want to respond to what teachers have been saying for a long time, that support should be hands-on, collaborative, and flexible enough to work across different classroom contexts.

Currently, we’re designing resources and developing training materials, to make sure what we create is both relevant and usable.

What We’re Working Toward!

ClassPro is centred on three core goals:

  • Inclusive Teaching – Supporting teachers in creating classrooms that recognise and respond to individual learning needs
  • Digital Readiness – Helping educators integrate technology in ways that enhance learning, without overcomplicating it
  • Collaborative Growth – Building connections between professionals across Europe to exchange knowledge, share strategies, and learn from each other

Our team is focused on developing materials that are adaptable — something teachers can actually use in various contexts.
